Meet the Team
Our team brings together a wide range of skills and lived experience, including backgrounds in teaching, policing, construction, trades, counselling, psychology, personal training, and more. This diversity allows us to meet young people where they’re at and respond in ways that are practical, creative, and meaningful.
We’re proud to reflect the communities we work alongside, with our team representing Māori, Pacific, New Zealand European, Asian, and other cultures. This cultural diversity strengthens our ability to work with empathy, understanding, and respect.
